Amazon's UK wing has launched an Android application. The app, unsurprisingly called Amazon App for Android, lets you search the millions of products that you can find on Amazon.co.uk. You can also scan barcodes when you're in a shop, and the app will show you how much each item costs on Amazon. Making a purchase is a painless, 1-click process from both Amazon and Marketplace seller listings.
The app also supports Amazon Prime memberships, and lets you view your wish lists and add and remove products from them. It will also show you product recommendations. To download the app, search for Amazon.co.uk in the Android Market or scan the QR Code provided after the break.
