Blog Post: We're looking for real life Office stories & we'll help you with the tech

At home, in the office, at school or on the go, your life never stops moving. Microsoft Office 2010 gives you smart, simple, timesaving tools to help you keep up with it. Now you can express ideas, solve problems, connect with people and create amazing results — wherever life takes you.

Microsoft is looking for a select group of families, students, and small businesses based in the United Kingdom to participate in our Real Life Stories programme.

These could be family friends, people you have met on the school PTA, your next door neighbours, kids at university or college – really anyone you know who has a use for Microsoft Office in their day-to-day life. The only exception is that they cannot be in the same household as a Microsoft employee, contractor or vendor.

This programme has been running in the US for some time, and you can check out some of the great stories from their participants - McKinney Family and Melissa Hanson – to give you an idea of what we are looking for.

We’ll provide everything a participant needs, including the loan of a PC with Office Professional 2010 and Windows 7, to use on a daily basis for school, work, or personal tasks.

In addition, they will receive free access to web-based training from Microsoft and personal email and phone support during the programme. They may also have an opportunity to be featured in case studies, video testimonials, and/or media interviews.

So families, students, and small businesses (up to 4 PCs) - if you'd like to apply, you'll find more info here: http://connect.microsoft.com/site1214
